Legislative Tracking

Interposition, Nullification, Separation, Independence!

Chaos, volatility, political unrest and divisiveness surround us in abundance. The united States’ Presidential election of 2020 has surely brought a radical change in the direction of power exercised by the federal government. A change so detrimental to the sovereignty of the State of Florida and the liberty of her people as to necessitate drastic and immediate action.

We urge our fellow Floridians to pressure our Legislature in Tallahassee to introduce and pass legislation to protect and retain the sovereignty of our great State.

Courageous politicians over the past years have offered bills for consideration that would have helped to guard us from federal intrusion into the affairs of Florida and her people. Sadly, their efforts have been thwarted by those who would betray us and attempt our subjugation.

On this page you will find a sampling of that legislation. Now is the time to reintroduce those bills. Contact your representative and senator in Tallahassee by phone and/or email and encourage him or her to introduce, sponsor and support one or more of these proposals. At the same time, please read the proposed State Sovereignty and Tax Escrow Act and ask them to also introduce this important piece of legislation. Time is limited for new bills to be filed and time is running out for Florida.

These proposals in defense of the sovereignty of Florida were introduced in previous legislative sessions. And while resolutions and memorials don’t have the force of law, they do demonstrate to the federal government the intent of the people of Florida to be left alone to govern themselves.

2024 Legislative Agenda

We urge our Florida visitors to contact their state senator and representative to SUPPORT or OPPOSE the proposed legislation listed below. These are important bills affecting Floridians and the Southern People.

FAMILY LIFE:

OPPOSE: HB169 by Basabe (companion Senate Bill SB160 by Polsky ) – Marriage Between Persons of the Same Sex: Removes prohibition on recognition of same-sex marriages.
In preserving the traditional definition of marriage as between one man and one woman, we uphold a time-honored institution that reflects both a natural order and the will of the people, as enshrined in our state Constitution through the democratic processes. This proposed legislation to repeal this fundamental principle not only disregards the collective voice of our citizens but also risks undermining the cultural and societal foundations that have long shaped our state’s values. These bills fly in the face of Florida’s commitment to legitimate marriage between one man and one woman. They respect and allow a federal takeover of the family in Florida.

OPPOSE: HJR167 by Basabe Repeal of Marriage Definition: Proposes repeal of provision in State Constitution which defines a marriage as the legal union of only one man & one woman as husband & wife.
A requirement for the above bills to be valid if passed, this proposed legislation to delete this fundamental principle of life protected by the Florida Constitution not only disregards the collective voice of our citizens but also risks undermining the cultural and societal foundations that have long shaped our state’s values.

Preserving historical monuments ensures an accurate portrayal of our shared past, safeguarding our heritage for future generations—let’s protect our history by supporting legislation preventing their removal or damage. This legislation ensures the protection of our shared heritage and stands against the misguided efforts of those who seek to erase or rewrite our past through destruction and removal.

  1. EO13848 Read it….
The city municipality are out of control with the Marxist regime.
Mayors should be arrested for treason and profiteering from an act of terror.
EO13818 Human Trafficking, other types of trafficking. Disney World. Orange County
EO 13959 EVERY SINGLE person and local government is violating this in Florida. These city officials are giving RON Desantis the finger…..
Lastly, WE have the Constitution, any and all gun restrictions are unconstitutional…. End of Discussion….
What part of Shall Not Be infringed isn’t clear.

  2. Some of these items are very interesting . First the whole USA law is founded on one prerogative——– that of regulation of interstate commerce. The exemption form such control should be defined when individual and state rights are infringed. The importing of fire arms or ammunition is stated here as an excellent example.
Sovereignty is proposed here and is the foundation of all nation, state or churches. However sovereignty can not be granted but only God given and protected. This is what is used to explain the cause of the war for Southern independence. Today of course , sovereignty has another definition ,which escapes me . FLorida is certainly not sovereign in the original definition , that nothing is above her but the Lord Jesus.
Last bill for sovereignty for the United States was issued by Paul Braun from Athens, Georgia several years ago. As the current Florida bills for the same it died in the Committee of FOreign Relations. Overseen by communist and Jews it was condemned as “unconstitutional” . Obviously the constitution or observing the constitution is unconstitutional .
More important is the Freedom of Religion established protected by the Constitution of FLorida . The natural laws of the state for the preservation and protection of wildlife, water , air and autochtonic people must be a sanctuary consecrated by the supernatural laws of Heaven . Definition of man or woman or the liberty to abuse and pervert laws of nature is first concern of the moral codes of every church , where only the Christ Jesus and ALlmighty are sovereign . Without this freedom and law life in its divine conception is a victim of diabolical rapine of the jew and amoral world, they have created..
I am not a legal citizen of Florida. But was born there and lived 40 years. Compelled to sell my home because I could not pay usurous taxes and was at the time disabled to earn gainful employment to preserve my home.
I appreciate the trust of Free Florida League of the SOuth for your confidence in and keeping me informed.
It is my prayer , that I shall have learn more of you in your next conference or meeting ,that I look forward to visiting and being a loyal part.
